Security at ProConvertor

Last updated: August 8, 2026

ProConvertor takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your account information and uploaded files.

File Processing

Files uploaded to ProConvertor are used only to perform the conversion or processing operation requested by the user. Uploaded and converted files are not made publicly available or shared with other users.

Files are temporarily retained only for the time needed to complete the requested operation and are automatically deleted according to our file-deletion schedule.

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining access to the email account connected to their ProConvertor account. You should not share verification codes or account-access links with anyone.

Payment Security

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. ProConvertor does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers. Stripe processes payment information according to its own security and privacy practices.

Our Security Measures

Depending on the service and system involved, our safeguards may include:

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Restricted access to production systems
  • Account authentication and access controls
  • Monitoring for suspicious activity
  • Software updates and security patches
  • Limited retention of uploaded files

No website or internet transmission method is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Responsibilities

Do not upload files containing highly sensitive information unless it is necessary and you understand the risks. This includes passwords, authentication credentials, financial account information, medical information, government identification numbers, or confidential business records.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and process every file submitted through ProConvertor.
