Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ProConvertor. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your Account

You must provide accurate account information and maintain control of the email address associated with your account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You may use ProConvertor only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files you do not own or have permission to process
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Process illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to access another user’s account or files
• Circumvent file-size, conversion, subscription, or usage limits
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Use automated systems to overload or abuse the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract nonpublic source code
• Use ProConvertor in a way that violates intellectual-property or privacy rights

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in suspected abuse, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

Uploaded Files and Ownership

You retain your ownership rights in files you upload. You grant ProConvertor a limited, temporary right to receive, copy, process, and convert those files solely to provide the requested service.

You confirm that you have all permissions necessary to upload and process the files. ProConvertor is not responsible for determining whether your use of a file violates another party’s rights.

File Conversion Results

File conversions may result in formatting changes, reduced quality, lost metadata, corrupted output, or incompatibility with certain applications.

You are responsible for reviewing converted files before relying on, sharing, printing, submitting, or deleting the original files. Keep an independent backup of important files.

Plans and Usage Limits

Features, file-size limits, conversion limits, and processing priority vary by plan. Current plan details are displayed on the pricing page.

“Unlimited” usage, if offered, is subject to reasonable and fair use. It does not permit automated abuse, account sharing, resale, or activity that disrupts the service for others.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option selected during checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally reverse a charge that has already been processed.

Prices, taxes, features, and plan limits may change. Material pricing changes will apply as permitted by law and will be communicated when required.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the refund policy presented during checkout or on our pricing page.

To request a refund, contact support@Proconvertor.net within 30 days of the original purchase. Refund eligibility may be limited in cases involving substantial use, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

ProConvertor relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and system monitoring. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Service Availability

We work to keep ProConvertor available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Disclaimer

ProConvertor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Prime Limited and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ProConvertor.

This includes loss of files, data, revenue, business opportunities, or profits. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ProConvertor during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Urban Prime Limited harmless from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses resulting from your uploaded content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms or another party’s rights.

Termination

You may stop using ProConvertor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, abuse, security risks, fraud, legal requirements, or risks to other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

The appropriate state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
